The Cisco Network Services Manager hardware includes a browser-based console as a primary interface to the system & helps the admin: Access privileges for virtual networks, set multi-tenant characteristics & creates dynamic instruction sets.
In addition, each configuration specification is explained in detail. There is seen an interaction with inter-network devices & their status updated. Various abstract models are also formulated. As the admin requests networks, the NSM process takes resources from the pool and provisions the resources onto the technology patch. The admin removes subscribers or instances from the multi-tenant hardware & thus the technology blocks are placed back into the pools for future use.
